We take a Project Management approach on every requisition.
- We view each order as a “time is of the essence” project with specific deadlines for each phase (research, screen, test, interview, reference check, client referral).
- We utilize our extensive infrastructure; activate our partner network and user group network; review our proprietary Data Base; review all potential candidates sourced from Job Boards.
- Our candidates are interviewed by at least one and, in some cases, two of our recruiters. They are also reviewed and approved by the Account manager on the project.
- We have extensive experience in managing long term staffing projects with policies and procedures in place to ensure retention of good employees on a project. The loss of key personnel can cause major setbacks.
- Xperteks has years of IT recruiting experience, we have the ability to work with companies who have legacy systems and who need to either support new IT initiatives or maintain the legacy system.
